【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesapotentiometricKarlFischertitrationmethodforthedirectdeterminationofwaterincrudepetroleum.Itcoverstherange0,05%(m/m)to2,00%(m/m)waterincrudepetroleumcontaininglessthan0,05%(m/m)butmorethan0,005%(m/m)ofeithermercaptansulfurorsulfideionsulfurorboth.Itcoverstherange0,02%(m/m)to2,00%(m/m)waterincrudepetroleumcontaininglessthan0,005%(m/m)ofeithermercaptansulfurorsulfideionsulfurorboth.NOTE1Anumberofsubstancesandclassesofcompoundsassociatedwithcondensationoroxidation-reductionreactionsinterfereinthedeterminationofwaterbyKarlFischertitration.However,theonlylikelyinterferingsubstancespresentincrudepetroleumaremercaptansandionicsulfides.Atlevelslessthan0,05%(m/m)assulfurtheinterferenceisinsignificantwhendeterminingwaterintherange0,05%(m/m)to2,00%(m/m).NOTE2ForthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,theterms"%(m/m)"and"%(V/V)"areusedtorepresentthemassandvolumefractionsrespectively.
