【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodofassessingthefrostresistanceofanaggregatewhenitissubjectedtothecyclicactionoffreezingandthawinginthepresenceof1%solutionofNaClinde-ionizedordistilledwater.Theresultsofthistestprovideameansforassessinganaggregate’sresistancetothisformofweatheringinareaswherefrequentfreeze-thawcyclingoccurswithseawaterspraysorabundantdeicersconditions,andwhereresultvaluesofEN1367-1testmethoddonotdescribecorrectlyaggregateperformanceinextremeconditions.ThisEuropeanStandardgivestheoptiontocontrolthethawingsequenceeitherbyimmersioninwaterorbyusingaircirculationinthelowtemperaturecabinettoobtaintherequiredreferencetemperature.Thistestmethodisapplicabletocoarseaggregatesortocoarseaggregates'fractionsofall-inmaterials.ThismethodisnotappropriateforlightweightaggregatescoveredbyEN13055oraggregateswhichcannotbesubmittedto110°Covendrying.
