【摘要】:1.1ThisspecificationcoversthefabricationandjobsiterequirementsfordeformedandplainsteelreinforcingbarswithprotectiveepoxycoatingappliedinaccordancewithSpecificationA775/A775M.1.2ThisspecificationisapplicableforordersineitherSIunits(asSpecificationD3963M)orinch-poundunits(asSpecificationD3963).1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theinch-poundunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
