【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheconstructionalandtestrequirementsforhand-heldandhandoperatedelectrostaticsprayingequipmentandassociatedapparatuswhichcanbeusedtosprayflammableliquidcoatingmaterials,flammablecoatingpowdersorflammableflockcreatingexplosiveatmosphereinsprayingareaswhichmayormaynotcontainflammableadhesives.Thisstandardonlydealswiththehazardsinvolvedinthecoatingprocesswhenhand-heldelectrostaticsprayingequipmentisusedasprescribedandinaccordancewiththeconditionswhicharetobeexpectedaccordingtothemanufacturer.Astootherhazardsinvolvedintheuseofhand-heldsprayingequipment,thesafetyrequirementsofEN1953:1998shallbemet.ThesprayingequipmentshallbeconstructedsuitableforgroupIIcategory2asdefinedinEN60079-0.1.2RequirementsforautomaticelectrostaticsprayingequipmentforflammablecoatingmaterialsarelaiddowninEN50176,EN50177andEN50223.Hand-heldelectrostaticsprayingequipmentcanbeincorporatedinautomaticelectrostaticsprayingequipmentprovidedthenecessaryrequirementsareconsidered.1.3The"Generalrequirements"ofEN60079-0:2006tobeappliedtohand-heldelectrostaticspraygunsandtoassociatedequipmentaregivenintheTable1．1.4ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithmattersofnoisecreatedbytheequipment.Forthisitem,therequirementsarelaiddowninENISO11688-1.
